We’ll also examine the state of your overall dental health. This may include X-rays, followed by teeth cleaning. After we’ve determined that the tooth and/or teeth you’d like worked on are healthy and capable of sustaining the procedure, we’ll schedule an appointment for the procedure.
What to expect the day of:
Since these are non-invasive procedures, pain medication, and numbing agents aren’t normally necessary for tooth contouring and reshaping, which is often performed in conjunction with dental bonding. The process involves color matching any materials we’ll be using to your teeth, applying, and holding them in place. Once it cures, we’ll shape each treated tooth, clean, and polish them.
Because we’re experts in dental bonding and teeth contouring, most treatments only require a single appointment. And, when it’s done, you’ll leave the office with a fresh, new smile.
